Soie & Stone Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Each Soie & Stone item comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Faulty clasps, chains, or settings

• Breakage due to normal wear (under warranty period)

• Manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care

• Scratches, tarnishing, or discoloration from everyday wear

• Lost or stolen items

Repair Requests

If your jewelry is damaged within or outside the warranty period, we offer paid repairs on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a repair or warranty claim, please email service@soiestone.com with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
