Free worldwide shipping

Every Soie & Stone order includes free standard worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase. Your destination must be available at checkout. Where carrier service or legal restrictions prevent delivery, we will contact you to resolve the order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days for the United States and 7–20 business days for international destinations. Any order-specific estimate is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Contact us if your parcel is overdue so we can investigate.

Tracking and split shipments

We email tracking details when available after dispatch. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement. Items may arrive in separate packages at no additional standard shipping charge.

Taxes and import duties

Free shipping covers standard delivery charges. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are separate. Unless collected at checkout, any applicable import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery details and order changes

Please provide a complete, accurate address. Email service@soiestone.com promptly for changes; we cannot guarantee an address change once processing or dispatch has begun.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parcels

Keep the packaging and contact service@soiestone.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. If tracking marks a parcel delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us for help.
